My background as a genocide survivor and Army veteran has shaped my values—discipline, attention to detail, and service—qualities I bring to every property I manage.

I am a seasoned business professional with over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, strategic management, and leadership. 

I am the Principal at Evolved Mortgage LLC, a company I founded in 2020. With a strong business development and program management background, I have successfully navigated complex industries, including mortgage brokerage and military administration.

My career highlights include: 

• I founded and operated a mortgage brokerage business in Arizona, where I established operations and quickly built high-performing teams. 
• I was assistant to the Director at ASU Biodesign Institute, where I managed joint research programs and implemented efficient workflows. My expertise extended to strategic planning and execution of scientific research and the Center's daily operations and administrative programs.
• I received my MBA at the University of Notre Dame and my bachelor's at UC Berkeley.
• My diverse background includes military service as a Secretary of the General Staff in the United States Army, where I honed my crisis management and team leadership skills.

 I will combine my academic knowledge with practical experience to ensure the highest-quality outcome for your property needs. 

I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve business processes and have a track record of implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and growth.
